Rs 0.5 million awarded from HEC-ORIC, KUST
Startup Mushroolicious has raised Rs 0.5 million funds from HEC-ORIC in the development program. This fund will further help them assist in growing their startup and will attract other potential investors.
This has given a new spark to the incubation of Kohat and other startups are excited to grow as well.
Mushroolicious aims to provide a one-step easy solution to buy fresh organic and medicinal mushrooms to your doorsteps in the required time, to enjoy your delicious nutritional meals and medicines to manufacture.

Mr. Zahid Iqbal is a key figure in the startup ecosystem of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is also a veteran in the fields of HR and communication with more than 6 years of diverse experience. Heading HR and Communications for the National Expansion Plan of the National Incubation Center Kohat Zahid Iqbal has taken it upon himself to educate the students of the region regarding innovation and entrepreneurship. In the past two years, he has conducted more than 50 awareness sessions in more than 15 universities across Kohat and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reaching out to thousands of students. Other than this, Zahid Iqbal has also held multiple sessions on awareness regarding entrepreneurship and innovation at Plan 9 in Lahore.
