Monthly startup meeting at #NEP #KOHAT incubation center Mr. Zahid Iqbal Community Lead
along with his team had a detailed KPI one-on-one meeting with the startup founders on their startup progress and development since the initiation of their incubation cycle. Some of the key areas where the startups need assistance were also highlighted.
Discussion Point includes attendance, Data Accuracy and Management, Timely Reporting, Business Impact Analysis, Marketing & Growth Strategies, and Team Management were discussed.

Mr. Zahid Iqbal is a key figure in the startup ecosystem of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is also a veteran in the fields of HR and communication with more than 6 years of diverse experience. Heading HR and Communications for the National Expansion Plan of the National Incubation Center Kohat Zahid Iqbal has taken it upon himself to educate the students of the region regarding innovation and entrepreneurship. In the past two years, he has conducted more than 50 awareness sessions in more than 15 universities across Kohat and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reaching out to thousands of students. Other than this, Zahid Iqbal has also held multiple sessions on awareness regarding entrepreneurship and innovation at Plan 9 in Lahore.
